I signed up for the USPS Informed Delivery email early in the year. I get a daily email with images of the mail items destined for my mailbox. I occasionally get this image/message when the post office scanning equipment doesn’t get a good scan of a letter.

It is not a secret. Homeland security tracks all mail traffic. I enrolled in the email notification to check my business mail. Watching for incoming checks. Everything thing in the email shows up everyday but the checks they send pics of sometimes take a week to actually get in the mailbox.  Go figure.
